Multi-Day Event Servicing

A single-day rental gets serviced once at pickup. A multi-day event needs the tank emptied between days, or by the second morning a heavily used unit becomes the thing your guests remember. That is the whole reason this service exists: a wedding weekend at Evergreen Farms, a three-day reunion in the Lascassas area, or a church festival near Old Fort Park all fill units faster than a one-day picnic, and each needs a return visit to stay clean.

We set the schedule to your headcount and days. A 200-guest wedding across Saturday and Sunday at a property off Cason Lane typically gets one overnight service; a week-long build or camp near Barfield Crescent Park may get every-other-day pump-outs. On the free walk-through we count expected users against unit capacity so the calendar matches reality — not a guess. You get the service days in writing before drop-off, and the crew shows up on those days without a reminder call. Servicing you never have to chase is the point.

Access matters more on repeat visits than on a single drop. The truck has to reach the units every service day, so we look at the route in advance — a sloped field at The Grove at Williamson Place, a gravel lane in Three Rivers, or a tight setup near The Avenue Murfreesboro. If a spot works for delivery but blocks the service truck by day two, we flag it during the walk-through and reposition before your event starts.

Multi-day servicing fits weekend weddings, multi-night reunions, festivals, and any jobsite running longer than a few days across Blackman, Gateway, Indian Hills, Kings Cove, and the rest of Rutherford County. If your event is a single afternoon, you do not need this — one drop and one pickup covers it, and we will tell you so rather than sell you extra visits. The trade-off is straightforward: pay for the service visits and units stay fresh through the last day, or skip them on a long event and risk units nobody wants to use by the finish.
