Construction Site Toilet Rental

The general rule for a jobsite is one unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week, with weekly service. A framing crew of eight near Blackman or Gateway usually runs fine on one unit; a 30-person site at a Barfield Crescent area subdivision needs three or four, plus a handwash station if you want one. We count heads instead of guessing, because an under-served toilet on a hot Tennessee week is the thing your crew remembers — and complains about.

Weekly service is where most rentals quietly go wrong. A unit that gets delivered and then forgotten becomes a problem by week two. Our service day is scheduled and it holds: the truck pumps the tank, restocks paper, refills the sanitizer, and gets the unit clean, same day each week, without you calling to remind anyone. That reliability is the whole point of renting from a company that answers the phone.

Placement matters on a build because the work moves. We walk the site free before delivery and set units where they'll still make sense next month — on stable, reasonably level ground a service truck can reach without backing across fresh grade or f.oundation work. Sloped lots around Indian Hills and Evergreen Farms, tight infill parcels near Cason Lane, and spread-out sites out toward Lascassas or Three Rivers each get placed differently, and we'd rather sort that out on the walk than discover a truck can't reach a unit later.

For a long build, standard construction units are the right call over fancier trailers — they're rugged, cheap to run per week, and easy to relocate as the site changes. If you have an office trailer or a client walk-through coming, ask about adding a nicer unit for that stretch; otherwise the standard toilet does the job for months. Pricing is a ballpark until we see the site, and the number we quote is the number you pay — no fee that shows up after the fact.
